Refunds Policy

We want you to be entirely happy with everything you order from our shop. If you are not satisfied with any item, return them unused in their original packing within 28 days, with your till or mail-order receipt, for a full refund (excluding p&p). Opened packages are subject to a 30% refund reduction. This guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights. Please ensure that any returned goods are suitably packaged to avoid damage.
